3 miles with MC and the pups!

Great run in the 'hood this morning with MC and Jake and Wheeler. And in a balmy 27 degrees with full sunshine.

Running with the dogs is a real workout -- burning far more calories in a shorter amount of time. And it wears them out, too; today has been quiet as they've sprawled on the floor.

We're planning on registering for either the Run for Thought, a 5K in Greenville on March 13 that benefits The Brain Injury Alliance of South Carolina, or the Milliken Earth Run in Spartanburg on March 20.

Looking toward a marathon in November and many races/training in between.

BTW, we swear by the "What to Wear" form on Runner's World. Never does us wrong.
